There will be over 6,000 people at Bills stadium as the Bills take on the Colts this weekend.  But fans are trying to keep at least one particular person out.

The Bills will be hosting their first home playoff game in decades this weekend.  And for the first time this season, after thousands of tests to make sure everyone is as safe as possible, fans will be permitted to go to the game.  They've been trying to get to the stadium to cheer on their team all year, but stadiums and sporting events were deemed to be too much of a risk in New York State when it came to spreading COVID-19.

So they've been held out of games, and away from parking lots all season.

Now that they're being told they can go back for a playoff game, they're trying to make sure the person who could be considered most responsible for keeping them away, isn't allowed to come to the game himself - New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo.

According to WKBW, thousands of fans have already signed a petition on change.org to ban him from the stadium.

"So Cuomo is going to attend our playoff game after telling us that we can only attend at less than 10% capacity? If he thinks he has more right to a seat in that stadium over people who have waited over 20 years for this opportunity, then people better be there to protest his entry. This is OUR team! This is OUR home. We don't want you here." - Jeffrey Dorenzo

The petition was started by Jeffrey Dorenzo with hopes that Governor Cuomo would be held out of the game because there are other fans who would like to sit in the seat that he will be in.

As of Monday night, the petition is already over 10,000 signatures.
