The FDA has announced that they are pushing for new graphic pictures to be displayed on packs of cigarettes.

The proposed graphic images would appear on all cigarette packs and include images of cancer tumors and diseased lungs.

The FDA's previous efforts to get images on packs was defeated in court back in 2012. The court ruled that the agency couldn't force cigarettes to carry grisly images, including cadavers, diseased lungs, and cancerous mouth sores.
