We often talk about how much there is to do in New York throughout the year.  In the winter, that list feels like it starts to dwindle a bit.  But it really doesn't.  There's still a ton to do.  This is when many organizations come up with some really cool annual festivals that will keep you entertained.

Here are some of the incredible festivals that are coming up in February 2023 all across New York State:

1.  Buffalo On Tap

What is it? New York State's Largest Craft Beer Festival

When is it? February 25th

Where is it? The Buffalo Niagara Convention Center

2. Cooperstown Winter Carnival

What is it? A Winter Carnival/Festival

When is it? February 2, 2023 - February 5, 2023

Where is it? The Village of Cooperstown, NY

How much is it? There is no admission fee, however specific events might require money.

What can you do?  Opening night features hot chocolate, fireworks, and an address from the town's mayor.  Also the Fenimore Quilt Club Show, Family Movie Night, Friends of the Village Library Book Sale, Winter Carnival Craft Bazaar, Lake Front Park Sledding Party, Ice & Fire Skate Party, Build a Snowman Contest, restaurant specials with live music

3. NYS Ice Wine & Culinary Festival

What is it? A celebration of wine and food!

When is it? February 18th, 2023

4. Syracuse Winterfest

What is it? A festival to celebrate winter
