The Mental Health Advocates of WNY have announced a new Youth Peer Program that is free and open to any kids between the ages of 13 and 18.

The "Autumn Resilience" teen workshop will have weekly meetings online every Tuesday from 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm and will run through October 20th.

According to their website, the program will focus on a different topic each week and will let kids know where to get more resources if they need them.
