All of these recipes will make one cup of seeds. If you want more or less you can change the ingredients to make it work for the number of seeds you making.

BASIC: 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, combine with seeds, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350.

SWEET: 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 cinnamon, combine with seeds, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350.

SPICY: 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning, 1/2 lime zest, combine with seeds and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350.

ITALIAN: 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon Italian season, combine with seeds, and bake in the oven.

SAVORY: 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, combine with seeds, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350.

Free free to try one or all of them. Heck make a bunch and combine them in a bowl and see how it all works out.

If you don't want to eat the seeds yourself, you can always wash and clean them up and leave them in the backyard for the squirrel and other creatures as a nice little snack.
