Fundraiser Set Up for Cherry Creek’s Trillium Lodge

Details are still coming in about the fire at one of the best stops on the snowmobile trail in Chautauqua County. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help rebuild Cherry Creek's Trillium Lodge.

According to the listing:

(The owner) was out of town visiting her sister and niece for her niece's 16th Birthday and was looking forward to this trip for a long time.  Now she will come back to her livelihood being gone. Deb started the Trillium fourteen years ago as a single Mother of two boys needing an income to support her family...she went to a number of (investors/creditors) and was turned down by all of them to open The Trillium Lodge.

Cherry Creek has always been one of my favorite places to get away to. Whether it's on the sled in the winter or just a great drive on a Sunday in the summer, Cherry Creek always feels like home when I am there.
