The COVID-19 pandemic may be losing it's last grip. At least that seems to be the case in the State of New York.

A new record low was set over the weekend. According to reports, the state's COVID-19 positivity rate has fallen to a new record low of 0.35% and the seven-day average rate is 0.42% which ties Massachusetts for the lowest in the country.


The last 16 months have been rough on just about everyone in every industry. We were out with friends this past weekend and it was so refreshing to see so many people out together again. The Riverworks area was packed and so much fun! Bars and restaurants really felt the pinch from the pandemic and being able to help them get back on their feet also feels good.

While we wait for things to come back to a full sense of normal, Erie County will be holding vaccine clinics this week including one today on the Erie Community College campus in Orchard Park 10am-6pm. Everyone who shows up at a county-run clinic will be receiving the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
