Per WIVB, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that he will sign a new executive order that will allow businesses to deny entry to people who are not wearing masks.

The Governor said during his press conference this morning that not wearing a mask is "disrespectful" and that businesses will be allow to determine if they want to let people into their stores that are not wearing masks.

This is NOT a requirement for all businesses--rather it is protection for those business owners who want to make that decision for themselves.

On his Twitter feed, the Governor posted:

People have a right to jeopardize their own health (I don’t recommend it). People don’t have a right to jeopardize other people’s health.

The order will go into effect today.
