Governor Cuomo Picks Buffalo Over Rochester
The annual State of the State address in New York will be given in Buffalo and a few other cities to start 2017.
Governor Cuomo will be in Buffalo on Monday to start his tour of cities. Rochester is among the list of larger cities in the state that he will not be visiting to deliver his message.
Many are saying that the Governor is setting the stage for an early start to a presidential campaign run for 2020.
Stops also include New York City, Syracuse, Westchester County, Albany and Long Island.
