New reports indicate that there is NO evidence that eating red meat is bad for you!

The old saying "everything in moderation" still applies. But the latest reports tell us that a steak isn't such a bad idea.

The report on Yahoo.com says:

A team of international researchers branded the evidence linking red meat with serious health problems so weak that they said people should carry on enjoying three to four portions of red and processed meat per week on average.
