Greg Rousseau’s Brother Signs To Play In Buffalo, New York
You may know Greg Rousseau's name from the Buffalo Bills. Soon, he might not be the only Rousseau playing here.
Greg Rousseau was considered a risky pick for the Buffalo Bills to make in 2021. When they chose him, he hadn't played in a full year. He decided to opt out of the 2000 season in order to isolate himself from covid-19. His mom was considered a person with a compromised immune system. He took the risk of not being able to go pro in order to protect her.
The Buffalo Bills chose him anyway. HIs size, speed, and natural football ability was evident and they believed he would be worth the risk.
It took him a couple of years to really make an impact, but with the help of veteran Von Miller being at practice every single day, Rousseau has become a solid edge rusher for the Buffalo Bills.
Now, it looks as though we will have more than one opportunity to watch a Rousseau play in Buffalo as Greg's younger brother Jonathan has signed to play in Buffalo also. Only the younger brother will be playing at the University at Buffalo for the UB Bulls.
The original scholarship offer was sent in May. He committed to play in June. Now they have officially signed him. His big brother (Greg) is called "Groot" because of his tall stature that resembles that of one of the characters from "Guardians of the Galaxy." His little brother is known as "Greedy." He also received offers from Michigan State, University of Ohio, Western Michigan and more.
The younger Rousseau is a defensive back.
We look forward to seeing the family reunion in Buffalo.
