Have You Ever Been To The Top Of Buffalo City Hall? [VIDEO]

One of the coolest buildings in downtown Buffalo has to be city hall. It's a very unique structure with it's art-deco architecture. It's also a great place to see the city from high above. The views from the 28th floor observation deck are spectacular. I have not been up there since I was a kid, but I did find this video that was shot a little less than 2 years ago.
