While most of us are working from home, officials in Erie County are still encouraging people to get out of the house if they use proper social distancing and enjoy all the parks in the area.

During his press conference the other day, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz said that while the park's buildings and playgrounds are closed, all the trails are open for the time being. Plus he encouraged people to use the interactive park map online to find parks close to where you are and to find alternative places to go if one park is overcrowded.

Also if you plan on bringing your dog to the park with you it must remain on a leash at all times. Both bark parks in Erie County are closed as of this moment.
