We love that this is how the Erie County Department of Public Works has been naming storms in Western New York.

Now, we know what some of you are thinking: "this is not a 'storm". But, it qualifies and has been named by Erie County after a beer from Hamburg Brewing Company:

Oatmeal Milk Stout Storm

Erie County was planning on naming every winter storm after a local microbrew.

The latest National Weather Service forecast predicts another 1-3" of snow across Erie County through 1 pm.
