  • Meat Raffle To Support WNY Heroes

    Support WNY Heroes and stock your freezer with meat this Friday night at 6:00 during a meat raffle at the Milton J. Brounshidle Post, 3354 Delaware Ave. in Kenmore.  Presale tickets are $8 or a table of 8 for $50.  Tickets at the door for $10.  Included is a basket raffle, 50/50’s, some big ticket prizes and beer, wine and pizza. 21 and up only.   • ADA Tour de Cure

    To benefit the American Diabetes Association, the Buffalo-Niagara Tour de Cure begins and ends at 101 Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls, NY.  Select from 6-mile, 18-mile, 30-mile, 65-mile or 100-mile routes.  There's also an option to walk or run a 5K.  Here's more information on the Buffalo-Niagara Tour de Cure.

  • St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church Theme Basket Raffle

  • Kids Run At Delaware Park

    The Independent Health Foundation encourages children and families to participate in the 29th annual Kids Run at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 3, at Delaware Park near the Buffalo Zoo service gate. The FREE event includes fun pre-race activities; a mini-dash for young children and a 1.8-mile run/walk for all ages with stroller welcome.  Trophies are awarded to the top three finishers in various age categories and each runner receives a medal at the finish line, while supplies last.
