Giant Hogweed is a phototoxic plant that can cause people's skin to blister and leave possible scars if you come in contact with the plant.
WHAT DOES GIANT HOGWEED LOOK LIKE?
Giant Hogweed can grow to be anywhere between 6 feet and 16 feet tall. The leaves are deeply lobed and can be as big as 3 or 4 feet round. There are dark red spots on the stem and there are flowers on top of the plant that could be 3 feet big as well.
WHERE IS GIANT HOGWEED FOUND?
The Giant Hogweed plant was first found in England and has spread to other parts of the world including the US and Canada.
