Wegmans Named A Top 5 Place To Work In USA

If you are looking for a job, there is one local company that was ranked as one of the best places to work in the entire country. Rochester, NY based Wegmans was once again named a top place to work in the US.

Once again, Wegmans has landed on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For®  for 2026. It was the 29th year that Wegmans has appeared on the list, and this year Wegmans was named the 5th overall best place to work.

The Top 100 Best Companies were named based on confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million workers across the country. Wegmans received numerous positive responses, which led to the Top 5 ranking.

In a press release, Wegmans' CEO Colleen Wegman said it was an honor to make the list again this year.
