Josh Allen Shares Back Story, Teared Up Before Getting Engaged

Josh Allen said he teared up before proposing to his fiance, Hailee Steinfeld. The duo got engaged on November 22 and shared it a week later in a duo post on Instagram.

"I’m engaged!! All the happy tears have just barely dried", Steinfeld wrote on her blog to readers on Friday. She then interviewed Josh and he dished out how it went down and how nervous she was.

"I thought it would be fun to introduce you to my FIANCÉ, Mr. Josh Allen officially!"

Josh admitted that Hailee asked about them getting engaged, playfully the morning of. But, then admitted he was tearing up before it even happened.

"How nervous were you that day? You seemed so chill.

I was very nervous. I think I was most nervous about you finding out about the proposal. It was hard to keep secrets from you and have other people in your life keep secrets from you. Then multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be."
