Popular Hamburg Restaurant Holding a Big Hiring Event

We're less than two days away from the start of April, which signals the warmer weather will be here soon and here to stay.

When we hit April and May, that's when many people start to venture outside of the house more often. Whether it's to a bar or restaurant (or both), this is the time of the year where the food service industry gets more busy.

Hence, many popular restaurants and bars look to hire more staff for positions to meet the demand, on top of positions they need filled regardless. One of the most popular Western New York bar/restaurants is holding a job event next month.

According to their Facebook page, J.P. Fitzgerald's is holding a hiring event at their location on Clark Street in the Village of Hamburg on April 15th. That's a Saturday.

It'll last three hours and they're looking for a lot of workers: front-of-house manager, servers, bar backs, baker and cleaners.

J.P.'s always gets extremely busy during the spring and summer, so this makes sense.

Speaking of job fairs, the "We Are Buffalo" Job Fair happens a few days later; on Tuesday, April 18th at the Eastern Hills Mall. Companies can sign up for a booth as we speak and if you're looking for a job yourself, or know someone who does, this will be the picture-perfect opportunity to try and land a brand new job at a Western New York company.
