Lackawanna Lost a Good One This Week in Barry Meadows

I've never met Barry Meadows, but he meant a lot to a lot of people, especially in Lackawanna. He was one of those people who put you in a good mood, radiated energy and was always positive.

After a short hospital stay, Meadows passed away this week. He would stand at the corner at South Park and Ridge Roads and smile, dance and make passer-byers happy.

In fact, he had such an impact on the community that when people found out that he was sick, people went to that exact corner to send him a video while in the hospital.
