Enormous Concert Crowd Is A New York State Record

There was an enormous crowd at the opening day of the New York State Fair and Lainey Wilson has set a new record.

The summer of 2023 has been great for concerts and events. We are seeing record crowds at the movies, festivals and live shows across New York State. However, when you add FREE shows to the list, people are showing up in droves.

Tickets go on sale today for the general public for the back-to-back shows at Highmark Stadium featuring Luke Combs! The country sensation is scheduled to play two nights in Orchard Park, New York at the home of the Buffalo Bills on April 19 and 20, 2024.

No doubt, country music is on the top of the musical mountain these days. 5 of Spotify's biggest songs of the summer are country songs and from Albany, to Buffalo, New York State has seen just about every major star this year.

Combine that enthusiasm for country music with a state fair and one of country music's most popular artists of 2023, there should be no surprise that over 50,000 people wanted to see Lainey Wilson at the New York State Fair!

The summer ain't over yet and neither are the shows! In fact, the end of summer and fall promise even more great shows and mega stars playing the Empire State.
