
Liz’s Kitchen: Super Easy Crock Pot Mac & Cheese Recipe
I love mac and cheese because I love it CHEESY! The problem with cheesy is the messy cleanup and how hard it is to create that thick cheese! This is the answer! I found this recipe after I had it a picnic. I couldn't believe it was made in a crockpot! Even better yet, the cleanup was almost nothing! The secret to that...a crock pot liner. Get ready for some deliciousness.
Crock Pot Mac & Cheese
- 3-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-1/2 cups uncooked elbows
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2-inch cubes)
- 1 lb Velveeta (1/2-inch cubes)
Mix all ingredients in crockpot.
Set on low for 2-1/2 hours.
Mix and let stand (covered) for 15 minutes.
