Ok. Before I start into this I know this is very taboo in Buffalo. I am aware...however, just hear me out on this one. When doing the Whole30 there a lot of things you can't have and one of them is cheese...so even if I wanted to I couldn't add it to this recipe! You'll notice this is a very stripped down version of chicken wing dip but it is the healthy version that has some taste! I've taken this to a meat raffle and there was NONE left! I found this recipe for that reason!!! I was going to a meat raffle and needed to take something that would curb my temptation and keep me on track! This did the trick. Yes, there is ranch in it but I'm gonna need to put the ranch hate aside for just this once! Also, if you ever need shredded chicken for any recipe you need to use THIS RECIPE! It is so easy and so tasty! Thanks!

Ok, so you are going to see a lot of specific ingredients and that is because all of these things are Whole30 approved. If you don't go Whole30 but want to go healthier I would use a lite mayo and a lite ranch.
