Look Who Bought The Boulevard Mall in Amherst, NY

Well, the Boulevard Mall may get a fresh, new start under new ownership.

In the beginning of the year, The Boulevard wasn't doing too hot and was defaulting on it's $92 million loan. Now, a partnership out of New York City has bought the Amherst Mall for $97 million. Forest City and LNR Partners, based out of New York City bought the complex together as of Friday.
