Make Good Money By Sitting Outside This Summer

Okay, so maybe there's a little more to it, but in a way it's true...Turns out you can make some decent income this summer by spending your days hanging out in the sun, poolside, in Buffalo.

The City of Buffalo is looking for lifeguards to fill many vacancies, 14 to be exact, at the community pools located throughout Buffalo. The pool's need to be staffed by lifeguards to ensure a sense of safety for the residents enjoying them, even though the swimming pools are "swim at your own risk".

Any lifeguards that are hired can enjoy sitting poolside, soaking up the summer sun, all while earning $13 per hour. The Division of Parks and Recreation for the City of Buffalo is looking for qualified high school and college-age students to apply for these positions. To be qualified, candidates must be at least 16 years of age or older and have a Red Cross Lifeguard certification along with an annual CPR certification.
