Marijuana Is Now Legal In New York – What Does That Mean We Can Do?

Governor Cuomo has signed the bill.  Marijuana is now legal in New York State.  But what does that mean we can do?  And when can people start doing it?

Just because it is legal now, doesn't mean that everything is up for grabs.  There are certain things you can do immediately, but there are some things you're going to have to wait for if you want to do them legally.

I would encourage you to read the laws before you do anything.  But here is a short list of things you can do immediately and things you might have to wait for now that it's legal.
