He's the richest man in Mexico as well as the richest man in the world.  His name is Carlos Slim Helu and he's worth roughly 69-billion dollars, that according to "Forbes" magazine. Slim is a Telecommunications giant!  Microsoft's Bill Gates is in at #2 with a worth estimated at...... 61-billion dollars.  #3 is investor Warren Buffett, who's worth a cool 44-billion dollars- give or take a few bucks!
