One of the newest members of the Buffalo Bills joked that there was one condition that was a deal breaker for him coming to play here.

"I just can't be locker mates with Matt Milano." - New Bills quarterback Mike White

It's weird to think that the Bills were in a bit of a pinch at the quarterback position when it came to cut-down day earlier this week.  When the initial rosters had to be turned in, The Bills had Josh Allen and an injured Mitch Trubisky on there.  They didn't really have a backup for Josh.

They did come up with a plan though, and it was from within the AFC East.  They signed former New York Jets and Miami Dolphins quarterback Mike White, who the Bills know pretty well.

He endured some of the most vicious hits ever from Ed Oliver and Matt Milano when he was with the Jets and they were taking on the Bills in Buffalo.

While speaking with reporters, White joked that he probably still had a piece of his rib on the 30-yard line at Highmark Stadium.

He added that Ed Oliver did come up to him to apologize about the hits that he took that day.

The quarterback situation will be something to watch as the Bills creep up on their first regular season game of the year against Arizona.  Will Mitch Trubisky be able to dress for week 1 to back Josh up?  Or will they need to elevate Mike White?  Keep in mind, they will have two games in less than 10 days to start the season as the Bills will take on White's former team, the Miami Dolphins, on Thursday night football for week 2.
