There was even some lake effect enhanced snow showers north of Buffalo this morning.

Believe it or not, we haven't seen the last of snow across Western New York.

According to WIVB Weather, snow or a rain/snow mix will develop later tonight in the southern tier and spread north by Thursday morning. A coating will be possible across the Buffalo metro.

Snow showers transition to a rain/snow mix, then eventually to all rain by the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid-40's.

There is light at the end of the tunnel, however, as temperatures will be in the 50's by Friday and Saturday...then back into the 40's by next week.
