Jake Owen got the idea for the song when he was playing pickleball with Kid Rock at his house and was eyeing up Kid Rock’s replica of the General Lee and admitted feeling jealous. He said, “I was like, 'I want that. I want a 'Dukes of Hazzard' car.' Then I got away from it and I thought, 'No matter where we are in life, we're always going to want a little more than we've got. That's just the way the world turns.'" The new album, “Greetings...From Jake” is out March 24.
