This place is the new hot spot in Western New York. If you are looking for somewhere to go out this weekend or have a good time, this place does not disappoint. The brand-new Waylon Brewing was great. It is also MASSIVE inside, but the vibe is great. This is going to be the go-to spot for the summer around Buffalo.

There is nothing else like it.

This place is huge. There is a grove outside that has this wood-rustic theme going, an atrium, a brew house, and then another stationary square bar set up in the original VFW building that the property sits on.

We went over the weekend and there had to be 500 people there. It did not feel like there were 500 people though because there were so many different areas.

The owners.

The owners are the same ones that own The Grange in the Village of Hamburg. I was impressed that there was this massive complex and brewers and I saw the owner working and serving french fries out of the window.

They actually have 4 different restaurant ventures in the Western New York area.

They also do weddings and events there as well. A wedding trend lately is to have your big day at a brewery. It serves a double purpose: cool, different atmosphere and built-in afterparty.
