New Traffic Signal in Buffalo May Surprise You

There is a new traffic signal in Buffalo that you may notice during your commute.The NYS DOT has installed a light that is temporarily a flashing yellow arrow. According to METROSource News:

The blinking yellow arrow signal allows drivers to turn without stopping like a green arrow, but indicates to do so with caution. The light is at the intersection of Delaware and Kenmore avenues.
