New York Food Stamp Benefits To Be Released Early

Good news!

For anyone who uses New York State food stamp benefits, you'll get more receive their March benefits a week earlier than scheduled. You'll get the benefits no later than March 7 to mitigate hardships caused by the so-called "SNAP gap."

Governor Cuomo says that this will help more than 20,000 New Yorkers who needed assistance during the shutdown as well.
