More April Snow In Forecast For New York
It looks like we are not quite done with the snow as the long-term forecast is calling for possible light snow showers mid-week.

A cold front is expected to sweep across the state and bring some cold temperatures along with snow and freezing rain.
Here is a look at how that cold front is going to impact New York State.
In Buffalo, we will see rain turn into snow late Tuesday night into Wednesday. The highs are only expected to be near 40 and with the winds, the wind chill will make it feel like it is only 33 degrees outside. There is an 80% chance of rain and snow on Wednesday during the day as well.
In Rochester, The day will start cold, with possible early morning snow giving away to rain by the afternoon. The high is only expected to be around 44 with the wind chill near around 36.
In Syracuse, there will be a mix of rain and snow throughout the day with rain turning into snow later in the evening. Possible snow showers will continue from Wednesday evening into Thursday morning.
In Albany, the temperatures will drop down to the mid-40s and because of that there will be plenty of rain but the Captial region will be spared snowflakes on Wednesday.
In Binghamton, The cold front will move in during the day on Wednesday turning rain into snow by the evening. Snow will also be possible for Thursday as temperatures are expected to remain in the low 40s heading into the weekend.
In New York City, The temperatures will fall into the 50s and it looks like the cold front sputters out by the time it gets that far East. There will be a mix of sun and clouds on Wednesday for the City.
It looks like April showers not only bring May Flowers but also some late April snow showers across New York.
