The number of people in Bills Mafia these days is huge.  This letter is for people who love the Bills, but aren't from Buffalo.

I know this has been said before.  But after traveling to Disney World last week, it's come to my attention that it might need to be said a little louder.

Dear Bills fans from other places than Western New York,

Have you ever had someone greet you in public with the phrase "Go Bills!" and when you responded they acted a little angry?  This might be where the breakdown happened.

Mafia means family.  So when you're part of the Bills Mafia, we consider you part of that family.  It doesn't matter if you're from here or there.  As long as you support the Bills we want you to be included.

When we see you in public wearing anything that has to do with the Bills, we will normally say, "Go Bills" to you.  When that happens, the proper response, and the one that Bills fans are looking for is simply, "Go Bills" back.

That's it.  Just say, "Go Bills" and all will be right in the world.

However, it's incredibly disheartening when you are at the other end of the country and you see someone who is part of your family and you excitedly say "Go Bills" to them and they give you a thumbs up, or they say, "Yup!"

I know it may sound ridiculous.  But it's a thing. It's a really simple thing.

With that being said, I'm sure that a lot of you just aren't aware that this is a thing we do.  You might have fallen in love with Josh Allen and jumped on the wagon with us during a prime-time game that you saw last season and this is all new to you.  So please don't take this the wrong way.  We aren't mad.  We just want to hear "Go Bills" back.

Go Bills,

- Bills Mafia
