Terry and Kim Pegula are now a huge part of the Western New York community. They're the owners of the Bills and Sabres, plus are active in Buffalo events and other activities.

They bought the Buffalo Sabres in 2011 from Tom Golisano and the Buffalo Bills in 2014, after Hall of Fame owner Ralph Wilson passed away.

The Pegulas are known to spend a lot of their time in Florida, but they also spend a lot of time in Buffalo with as many as two homes.

According to Buffalo Business First, the Pegulas have recently sold their Buffalo home located inside the Pasquale Condo Tower on Lakefront Blvd. in Buffalo. It's located on the 9th floor, and is just over 2,600 square feet, along with features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with gorgeous views of Lake Erie.

The kitchen is stunning and so is the amazing living room. It's also got plenty of space and so much elegance inside its rooms.

The Pegulas also bought an East Aurora estate in 2018, according to Buffalo Business First.
