The fall is the ideal time to be outside in New York State. The gorgeous leaves, the cooler air and shorter days can be the perfect setting to enjoy things outside. However, even though we are setting up for Halloween, don't cover that air conditioner just yet.

There are some forecasts that indicate the warm air could be near record setting for some areas as we start the week with a cool down behind it.

Enjoy the weather! We all know that things can, and most likely will, change over the next few weeks. It was just a few years ago that portions of New York State received at least two feet of wet snow in October! That was way too early as the trees were still full of leaves and it caused massive power outages. The great lakes are still quite warm and ripe for lake effect snow, IF the cold air were to pass over in the correct way.
