So what is a redneck? According to Dictionary.com, the definition is "a working-class white person, especially a politically reactionary one from a rural area."
Some people also identify rednecks as people who enjoy being outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and spending time under the sun are classic ways people define rednecks. Heck, plenty of people has embraced that lifestyle.
There are plenty of people who fall under that category here in the great state of New York. From Western New York to Upstate, to even the City, "rednecks" can be found all over the state.
