Just off Harlem Road in Cheektowaga, the Buffalo Drive-In was opened in the Summer of 1941!  Originally built by Irving Gandall and Paul Witner.  The original capacity was for 900 cars, it then expanded to three screens and a capacity of 1,200 cars in 1974.

Sadly, the Drive-In trend was on the down turn in the decades to come and 2007 marked the final season of the Buffalo Drive-In. The site is now home to a Medical Office Park.
