The start of unrestricted NFL Free Agency will begin on March 16th, which is also when the new league year starts.

The Buffalo Bills have 15 players who will hit the open market in two weeks. General manager Brandon Beane has some important decisions to make in the coming days, in regards to which players they try to keep on the roster, and who will walk.

They also must decide which players they want to try and sign, along with making sure they have enough cap room to do so.

The Bills could use help at offensive line (especially interior lineman), cornerback, edge rusher and wide receiver.

Depth at tight end would help as well. One popular name who will become a free agent is Buffalo native, Rob Gronkowski.

The future Hall of Famer has spent the past two seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, catching passes from Tom Brady. Gronkowski spent the first 10 years of his career with the New England Patriots.

Gronkowski is an Amherst native and there has been much discussion in the last two seasons, whether or not he would consider coming back to Buffalo.

With Tom Brady retiring and multiple starters with the Buccaneers likely not coming back, there's reason to believe Gronk will move on to another team or retire.

According to Tim Graham of The Athletic, the Bills are open to adding Gronkowski this off-season, just like they were last year.

Graham reports that word at the NFL Combine is that if Gronk wants to continue his career, the Bills would want him in Buffalo to close out his career with the team he grew up rooting for.

The Bills would likely have to pay Gronk the money he is seeking though, which is reportedly somewhere between 7-9 million dollars per season.

There's a portion of Bills fans who don't want Gronk, after what he did to Tre'Davious White a few years ago when he launched himself into the back of White's helmet.

However, it would make sense to add Gronk for a "win now" Bills team in 2022. It would allow the Bills to play more 12 personnel looks on offense and free up space for Stefon Diggs, Gabriel Davis and Dawson Knox.

Would you want Gronk back in Buffalo?
