Ryan Newman Released From Hospital This Afternoon

Just days after being in one of the most horrific crashes at the Dayton 500, driver Ryan Newman walked out of the hospital this afternoon.

Newman was taken to the hospital after being involved in a crash during the final lap of the Dayton 500 on Monday. Today, Roush Fenway Racing tweeted out this picture:

No word on when or if he will return to racing.
