There is a ton of snow taking over the entire country and that includes Western New York. A reporter was interviewing 'someone' about the weather and it happened to be a popular hockey player in the Buffalo Sabres player. The news labeled him as a "Rochester Resident" and Buffalo Sabres fans cannot get enough of it.

In the video you will see the local Rochester reporter talk to Buffalo Sabres goalie Devon Levi, who is currently playing down for the Americans. Take a look at the video below.

The Buffalo Sabres are all the rage in Western New York right now. The team has the longest playoff drought in all of professional sports at 15 years. Since Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula fired their general manager, Kevyn Adams, the Buffalo Sabres have been red hot soaring from the very bottom of the standings to being in a playoff spot in the Atlantic Division. Right now, ranking all of the teams by points, the Buffalo Sabres have the 7th most points in the National Hockey League and at the time of posting, nearly a 70% chance of making the playoffs.

Buffalo Sabres defenseman Rasmus Dahlin was back on the ice with the team this week after news broke about a devastating loss for him and his soon to be wife. Monday was their unborn baby’s due date and Dahlin's fiancee posted a photo of her and Rasumus being transported to a hospital in France via helicopter.
