Why Seneca Gaming Is Brett Alan’s Escape from Holiday Stress

We all know that the holidays can be busy with gift buying and baking. But it's the other stuff that a lot of people forget about. It's the top-to-bottom house cleaning before your in-laws come over. It's the decorating and travel plans. It's the festive events like getting a tree and holiday parties.

We are constantly jamming every weekend full of holiday cheer. Then on top of all of that, you still have kids to rush around and a regular job to finish.

That's why I love hitting up Seneca Gaming and Entertainment whenever I get a chance. When I need a mental escape to just check out for a bit, this is the place to be. There's just something about the rhythm of the gaming machines and the anticipation of seeing if you're the winner.

With three locations, Seneca Gaming is upping the ante with great holiday-themed promotions. The Salamanca location is hosting a Christmas Cash Extravaganza at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 and a New Year's Eve Texas Hold 'Em Tournament.

The one that really caught my attention is Unwrap Your Winnings. You earn entries on the gaming machines from now until the day of the event, and then the drawings start at 5 p.m. Dec. 20. Every 30 minutes, they'll draw winners for either free play or a "mystery briefcase" of money. They'll give away six briefcases with a combined total of up to $70,000. You must be present to win.

Imagine what it would feel like to leave with one of those suitcases. It's like Christmas morning! What an adrenaline rush!
