The goal of our newest segment, Shiftwork, is to highlight those movers and shakers in Buffalo and beyond who have put in the work to make our community as great as it is. Each month we will highlight a different entrepreneur--I'll get a chance to chat with them to discuss how they've gotten where they are, the steps that got them there, and what the city of Buffalo means to them.

For this episode, we introduce you to a guy I have known for 20 years. Paul Leahey is the owner of Schuele Paint and Ace Hardware in Buffalo. Paul moved from Albany over two decades ago and hasn't looked back. His dedication to great customer service and his intense work ethic and ability to adapt has made him one of the most successful in his industry!
