Shiftwork: Episode 6 – Jeff Mucciarelli from Gabe’s Collision

Buffalo is an amazing city for a ton of reasons, but the most significant reason is the people who have built up the community we live in today. Buffalo has seen a resurgence in recent years, and that's thanks to hard-working men and women who have put their passions to work for Western New York.

The goal of our newest segment, Shiftwork, is to highlight those movers and shakers in Buffalo and beyond who have put in the work to make our community as great as it is. We are teaming up one of Buffalo's greatest philanthropists, Russell Salvatore of Russell's Steaks, Chops and More, to bring you the very best of Buffalo business.

Each month we will highlight a different entrepreneur--I'll get a chance to chat with them to discuss how they've gotten where they are, the steps that got them there, and what the city of Buffalo means to them.

It's really the history of these businesses that I find most intriguing. To see how Jeff has taken his father's dream of a small collision shop to a large operation. Buffalo has a solid tradition of being a City of Good Neighbors. It is very clear that Gabe's Collision prides itself on great customer service. Jeff's father wouldn't take money from anyone if they weren't satisfied with their service. To me that exemplifies what it means to be a good neighbor in business!
