It's a good day to grab a book and head outside for a couple hours.  The good news that some libraries in Western New York are opening up is out.

If you've been missing all of the incredible services that the library offers, you are in luck.  Books, movies, music, and more will be available to you again at multiple locations across Western New York.

There will be additional precautions that will need to be taken to keep everyone safe, of course.  Here are some of those precautions:

Everyone will need to wear a face covering.

You will see colorful “spacing dots” on the floors to help enforce six-foot social distancing.  Stand on those dots to ensure you are six feet apart from other people.

When materials are returned, they will be quarantined for at least 72 hours before being placed back on shelves.

Meeting rooms will still be closed for the time being.
