Looking to do a little camping this summer, but can't decide which site to book?  This new tool could help you to make your decision.

Camping can be a risky vacation choice

Choosing to go camping for summer vacation (especially if you're not a seasoned camper) can be a risky decision.  There are a lot of factors that could make it go south really quickly.  Terrible weather, unruly neighbors, and a bad camping site are just a couple of them.  Sprague Brook Park is one of the Erie County Parks in Glenwood, NY and they are hoping to take at least a little bit of the guesswork out of your decision-making.

Sprague Brook is offering a new tool to help make a decision

When choosing a campsite, sometimes, half of the battle is in not knowing what the site itself looks like.  You might know where it is on the map.  You'll know how close it is to public restrooms or showers, but what does the campsite itself look like?  Is it close to the road?  How deep is it?  Is there shade?  Or is the site completely in the sun?  If it's on the corner of a road, is there any privacy at all?

Sprague Brook Park is hoping to help you with that.  They're offering pictures of their campsites to help you make a better decision on the site that is right for you.

There are some sites missing

Unfortunately at this time, there are still a few sites that don't have pictures just yet.  They're still working to get them all represented, but this should give you a better idea of what you're actually renting.
