NY Judge Who Walked in Front of Depew Train Bizarre Story Update
The story is super strange. You are going to read it and think that it is bizarre and fishy, of course.
Last year, a Supreme Court Justice, John Michalski, walked in front of the train over in Depew on purpose. Why would he do that? Well, there's a lot to the story that is being kept hush-hush.
It was all caught on video by a couple of people who love railroads and the tracks. People that do that dub themselves 'rail fans'. They saw the Judge walking back and forth before realizing something was off. Then, Judge Michalski went and laid on the track and they recorded it to show police.
According to the Buffalo News:
On February 28, 2021, an individual pedestrian, later identified as John L. Michalski, was involved in an incident with a C.S.X. train in the Village of Depew,” police said.
This incident has been the subject of numerous media inquiries to both the Village of Depew Police Department and the Office of the Village Attorney.
What happened after?
He went to ECMC to be taken care of for his serious leg injury.
In the meantime, there was a connection to the reason why he did it with the owner of Cheektowaga’s Pharaoh’s Gentlemen’s Club, Peter G. Gerace Jr. Federal agents were on the case and eventually charged Gearce with distribution of drugs, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and paying bribes to former Drug Enforcement Administration agent Joseph Bongiovanni.
Did Michalski get any charges?
No.
But, the update of the story is that Judge Michalski recently cleared all protocols to return to the bench. He cooperated and cleared with all of the requirements from the office of court administration. Michalski is going back to the bench immediately.
