Yesterday was Fat Tuesday, many Packi's were consumed.  Yes I'm aware the authentic Polish Paczki is jelly filled, but I was curious to find out if Western New preferred the original over the other choices like lemon or custard. It's a long-time Polish tradition in Buffalo, but I was surprised how many people didn't know how to pronounce the name.  Paczki is a Polish word describing what basically is a big jelly-filled donut.
