It’s Sunday and for a lot of us it’s cleaning day (If you didn’t do it yesterday). In an effort to save money you can reuse items or products for other things.
So we’re weeks into the New Year and most have probably already blown their resolution to lose a few pounds and exercise. I try to get some sort of work out in after work, but getting home after 6:30 each night makes it difficult.
How is it possible not to gain weight over the holidays? I don’t know about you, but I can’t resist the temptations this time of year. Christmas cookies and treats they’re all so good.
